Philosophy of Care

LifeNet began in 1999 with one service and a drive to improve the quality of life for youth in Wyoming.  Since its inception, LifeNet has grown into a social service organization providing a variety of programs that focus on its vision of finding permanency for children.  LifeNet works toward this vision by utilizing a family centered practice.  At the heart of this practice is the belief that all families have strengths and these strengths are empowering.  Core aspects of all LifeNet services include: assessment, community, partnerships, healthy interaction with others, skill development, development of support systems, and facilitation of positive change.  LifeNet’s services are modified to meet the needs of each individual family.
